It was better to be ignorant but now knowing "better", ignorance is infamous to those who'd rather be clever.
Rather get ahead by tearing down the walls, but when the roof caves in will they still be standing tall? Ignorance is in all, even those opposed and who try to play victim. Sit down, listen, and then you'll know wisdom.
